Thus it falls to me to more formally ask all those listed if you are willing to participate in the project on the Stage 1 Board, and if you are willing to accept the terms imposed on any work submitted to the project as being under the terms of the Creative Commons Attrib-No Commercial-No Derivs license. ( Please see the "License" thread if you have any questions regarding the choice of license or the details contained therein. )

I'd like to clarify that this is the group who will, if they are willing, comprise the first review board. This does not (a) preclude open discussions (b) prevent others from contributing either now or in the future © guarantee that they ( or I ! ) will continue to carry out these roles in the future. This is a community effort, and as such, must reflect the will and desire of the community as a whole.
