Has any of you had an issue where the TX1 wont mount the CIFS share, Our network uses Scality and for some strange reason from what scality can see it seems the device isnt sending the domain name across and hence why the device cannot mount the shares and returns 'no such user'.

I believe the trial version allows for network acquisitions.
We own a TX1 as well and love it, but have never used it for network acquisitions.
Whenever we encounter issues with imaging data in a corporate environment, it is always a permissions issue, meaning the computer we are operating does not have super user admin rights. So, the user account assigned to the TX1 might not have sufficient rights to access the desired imaging target??
