Has anyone experienced an issue with the Tableau T35e Forensic Bridge corrupting the GINA on a Windows XP SP2 machine?
I am in an environment where we use the bridge on a host machine to create images with FTK or Encase from an evidence hard drive and store it on a networked W2003 server. The following issues have occurred. The GINA becomes corrupt on the host PC and we end up in a logon loop and or the logical drive letter of the host computer is changed from C to E.
I have never heard of the device doing that. Is the firmware updated? Have you talked to Tableau about this?
I've done the firmware update from December 2008 and run into the same issues.
I emailed Tableau Support about the issues I am experiencing and have yet to get an answer. I am taking into account that there may be a delay due to the holiday.
