Tableau T35es and HPA problem

Hi guys

I have a weird problem with forensic blocker device. It's a Tableau T35es, as I described. My question is how to disable HPA overriding ? I have 1TB HDD connected to a blocker, Tableu Disk Monitor detects HPA (for example 500GB), but in Windows "Disk Management" I still see 1TB capacity. When I connect drive directly, without blocker device, everything's fine and HPA is not ignored.
