My system is win7 ultimate X64, 8G 1T with Tableau T3458is. T3458is connect with the motherboard by SATA.

When I aquire imager by Tableau imager 1.0. Windows 7 will lost activity in 10 minutes. The ACT indicator of T3458is will be turned off. No more datas will be transfered.

I can't find the answers.

Anybody found the same problems?

Do you get the same result using different imaging software?

Additionally, are you running on an UPS (filtered power with battery backup)?

What is the make/model of your source hard disk, and how much space is free on your destination drive?

This may be caused by the power saving settings in Windows 7. Make sure all power saving is turned off.

Make sure that you are using the most recent firmware for your device.

Tableau does a very good job of releasing frequent updates. Some of the most recent updates addressed issues with the T3458is product.
