I've released several free tools 0n the blog that vastly improve the installation experience and xwf reporting.

As an update we have about 4 chapters left to write. The blog is regularly updated with chapter content, number of pages, etc so you can get an idea of just how much material will be in the book.

The last chapter has begun. The book is just about done for final proofs and printing. But don't get your hopes up too much, it takes time to get through the printing presses…

Case Studies with the XWF Workflow is the final chapter and we are open to any (sanitized) cases you'd like to contribute to add to the cases we have.

Publishing date has been moved up to August 2, 2013. Much earlier than the planned Feb 2014 print date D

Book details at https://xwaysforensics.wordpress.com

Eric and I just reviewed the entire book (yes, we wrote it, but it is a different thing to read it as if you didn't write it….) and I feel it is the best documentation available on XWF, written in a manner that you can have it open on your desk as you use XWF and have no frustrations on what is going on with the tool.

Anyone with this book will be able to squeeze every bit of power out of XWF without the effort of hunting and pecking for the right button to push.

Syngress just posted a discount for many of its books, including the XWF Guide, a full 30% off D

The discount is temporary, so if you were thinking of waiting, this may be the time you were waiting for. The information is at
