Tools to extract foresic data from mobile devices

Hello Everyone,
This is an awesome forum and I been learning by coming here. I would like to know what tools are available or you have used to extract digital evidence from Android, IOS, tablets, and so on. I am interested in testing out the software and this is my interest in forensic evidence. Also, if any of you know, how do I retrieve information from deleted windows folders. I would expect FTK but I am not sure. Any free tools out there?
