I have a toshiba tecra s1 with a supervisor password/Bios lock.
Anyone familiar with this Scenerio.
That can offer me a cure.

Hold the left shift key down during boot. With some Toshiba laptops and some desktop systems this will bypass the BIOS password.
Failing that you have a number of options:
Using a manufacturers backdoor password to access the BIOS (use Google)
Use password cracking software (Google)
Removing the CMOS battery (replace after a few minutes)
Biographical password morphing (i.e. guessing it)
Or
Use a professional service
