DRX Cycle = OT On Time + OFT OFf Time (single)
onDurationTimer = duration of OT
drx-Inactivity timer = remaining time On after PDCCH RX (can extend OT into OFT; cut-in!)
drx-Retransmission timer = max number of consecutive PDCCH subframes to wait incoming RTX Re Transmission after first RTX time
shortDRX-Cycle = DRX Cycle within OFT of long DRX Cycle
drxShortCycleTimer = consecutive number of subframes to follow the short DRX Cycle (after DIT DRX Inactivity Timer expired
Remarks Hang-in not out! Timers also function as counters (of subframes)
