Just ran a 2 day course for local law enforcement in Wales and heard some dreadful stories re the inability for crimimal local courts to handle/display digital evidence and insisting all evidence is provided in a printed form (really practical for video files and MP3s).
One story involved the clerk insisting that a photocopy of a CD was exhibited rather than the data on the CD as it was easier to distribute!
Are things that bad around the UK or is this a local issue?
