In a case of child abuse we have a Nintendo 2DS in-lab. Within the Nintendo network friends can online connect only by the friend code. On the device we found two unknown friend codes besides the kids friends in reality we have investigated.

How can we further reveal who is behind the unknown friend codes?

Who has experience on evidence tracing and artifacts besides DNA on the device of data inside?
Please help to shorten our learning curve as the case is life-threatening. Thank you.

And, Rolf, did u ask Nintendo for help at first? I would do that and i have made very good experiences asking the vendor for help and support when it comes to proprietary systems.
