Does anyone know of a write blocker/cable/adapter that can be used with a USB 3.0 male (device) and SATA II/III (host)? I have been searching the Internet but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think you will find one.
You want to acquire a USB stick image, right? ?
Or, if you prefer, the USB device ids the source and not the destination, if I get it right.
