usb login user and time of insert

we don't use third party software, system is win10, multiple user can login, we check registry, under system\mounteddevices, there are five GUID, but in currentversion/explorer/mountpoints2, there is only one GUID. then I check CPC\volume, there are three lines, but i can't find any user id or insertion time.

my question is I want to know recently any usb has been inserted into that machine, under which uerid and at what time, any idea, thanks
