User Password vs. Owner Password on PDFs

I am looking for an easy way to identify PDFs that have an open password ("user password) vs. a permission password ("owner password") assigned to it.

Unfortunately, the Find Protected Files module under Case Processor brings back all PDFs (both the ones that have the user password or the owner password), I only need to extract the PDFs that have a user password….opening each PDF is not an option, since we have over 10K PDFs.
