Using a DB to put the extracted data from a cell phone?

This post is regarding what to do with the contact information pulled from cell phones during and after an investigation. The particular extracted data I am looking to work with are the phones contacts information only.
I am looking for ways to build a data base with the extracted data (CONTACTS) from a cell phone for all investigators to have access to for future cases. Currently, after we extract the data from a recovered cell phone, we provide that data to the investigator and maintain the information in our data storage device (non server). This procedure has its limitations and we want to expand our capabilities, allowing other investigators access to this data. The parameters are using XRY, Cellebrite and Secure View for the extractions and exporting the data as an xml. Threads is not an option.

1st - Is anyone using One Solution by IBM to store their agency data and if so are you importing the data collected to this program? If so how?

2nd - Is anyone using MSAccess to build a DB with the extracted data by importing the xml file?

3rd - If you are not using either program as stated above, what program(s) are you using and the cost?

4th - If you are not using any of the methods as stated above, what format are you exporting the data with and what program are you using to import the data?

If you reply to only one question above, I will take it that the other questions do not apply. Please don't split hairs either and make this simple as possible.
