Using Office365 to conduct discovery

Just curious if anyone has actually used Office365 to conduct an eDiscovery job from start to finish?

We get clients occasionally who IT suggests it would be a more efficient/cheap way to undertake the exercise, but I'm skeptical of how efficient it would actually be compared to Relativity or the other specialist tools out there.
