I know of several schools that provide training on call detail records, but they seem to concentrate on the manipulation of the data through excel.

I was wondering if anyone might know any vendor specific training in regard to call detail records? Verizon, AT&T, etc? Maybe someone has it divided between CDMA or GSM records?
