Vista Prefetch Information

I was looking through Windows Vista Prefetch files and noticed that most of the pertinant information is found up near the begining of the file. I have also noticed that there is a list, or sometimes more than one list of other file names tward the end of the file (was using WinHex at the time). Is this a list of files that the prefetch file depends on in order to operate properly? Trying to figure out what the rest of the information is in the file, and can't really find any documentation online. Thanks.
