Sure, I am a gov sec prof

Lets make some testing, share results - interesting as different countries (eaven if you hide your geoloc, no prob). Then lets dicuss the result with the MNO and compare to their signaling parameters in their OSS, network management. Sub-meter is a promise of 5G, lets find-out by own TAC (Test And Compare). Of course its UE-capabilities-dependent, so I proposed to buy an A42 5G device. If you dont have this device, test results cannot be compared, no TAC.
