Want 2 Learn? Apple revealed a dev prev to accessories manufacturers (MFi Made For iPhone) a 'new' connector UAC Ultra Accessory Connector which is similar to the UC-E6 (Nikon) to bridge from Lightning connector to USB-C. Lightning to USB-C only feeds Audio but to feed A/V the UAC is MITM.
