Wanted! Android screencast app

For our Advanced Cell Site Investigation ACSI project we research for a stable screencast app. Running rooted Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) we tested many screencast apps but most crashed.

Who knows a good screencast app?

We kindly ask for your help.

Maybe if you list the ones you tried and that crashed there could be two advantages
1) a public list of apps that crashed
2) avoiding that someone suggests app "x" to be told by you "no, we already tested it and it crashed".
