Like the title says, or good commercial ones which have trial period so that I can experiment with them.

I'm asking because I may be doing a project on mobile phones forensics and will need to perform an experiment

Humor aside though, Heather Mahalik (instructor of SANS Phone Forensics class) has a power point available with some options link

You'll want to take a look at the SleuthKit and you'll need a way to extract the data itself from the phone which will depend on what kind of phone you are trying to forensicate.

Okay that's funny ! I actually did that search in google ^_^ and I also saw the presentation you linked and was hoping for more information. Anyways, thanks dude.

Do you recommend tools found on special forensics linux distributions?
