What situations could can you think of that would cause a call placed from a cell phone to not appear on the cell phone's CDR as outgoing?
I'm pinging my head, voicemail, (as in calling the VM number, not holding down the #1 or the VM key - that shows up - hangup before someone answers, I've had that show up - Call forwarding being switched on to forward the call to another number - should show up with a CF designation.
The provider would be T-Mobile.
A good question would be, how do you know the calls took place?
CDR's from another phone on a different provider which go back to what we will call Phone A
Phone is not an Iphone, so Imessage is not a culprit either.
Any thoughts on what actions would cause Phone A to not register the action on CDR's that a call was placed or that any of the actions listed above took place.
