Is there any app or software that I can install in my phone to record the whatsapp status of a chosen person?
Ex. When that person shows the status "online" it log this info into a file. After that it will tell me at which time that person was online. Like this
Online - 1054 - 1059
Online - 1123 - 1125
Online - 1200 - 1210
Anyone here knows if that exists?

Provided you have an Android phone and provided you are able to install the app on the phone you want to monitor that app on.
I may have misunderstood but I got the impression the OP was after an application that would monitor someone else's Whatspp log in/log out events from his own phone.

I was under the impression that he wanted to monitor online/away/idle/offline status of one of his contacts. I see nothing wrong with that; it's the whole point of presence information. D
