At the suggestion of one of the folks on this list, I'd like to see if I could get input from those who purchased my book…
1. Why did you purchase my book? What led you to the decision to do so? Did you do it based on reviews, or did a friend purchase the book and recommend it?
2. How did you purchase my book? Via Amazon? A local bookstore? Did you receive it as a gift?
Thanks,

I bought it on Half.com (EBay) because I am a student and it was recommended for the Computer Forensics II class I will take this winter.
Harlan,
I bought your book off Amazon.ca. I bought this book because it was relevent to the items I was working on and I had read alot of your posts here and wanted to see how book described you views on Computer Forensics.
Thanks
I bought your book via Amazon.com because I liked the sample chapter AWP had online about the FSP and because I wanted to learn what could strengthen my live response tactics.

Hi Harlan,
I'm a Windows guys and if I remember correctly I got a look at the chapters somewhere and like the logical way in which they flowed as well as what their content would cover …picked it up online at chapters.ca.
As a side note I can follow the technical aspects of most reads quite well but don't always like to have a furrowed brow and squinted eyes when reading…your book I found informative and user friendly…-)

Harlan,
I bought it because I was just starting studying computer forensics. It's been sitting on my desk for about 9 months, however, behind a back log of other books. I first saw it on Slashdot I think.
I bought it from Amazon since I'm in New Zealand, although I did see a copy in Whitcoulls on Saturday interestingly enough.
