Does anyone know if the site 'www.numberingplans.com' is a legitimate site or is it used for harvesting IMEI and SIM numbers for less than honorable intentions? It is a very handy site by the looks of it. It appears to be based in Holland and covered under Dutch Privacy Law but you can never tell these days.

Looks like the site has been around since Aug 18, 2001.

Their phone number appears in several other sites, including Chinese.

Have you tried to trace the number +31 55 360 6847?

Their own database returns this as
