This is only an example of Terms and Conditions that illustrate T&Cs elements where the person or company provides an expert service. Quite often contracts specify a subject specific topic ie "computer forensics" whereby the person conducting the computer forensics service often go beyond their role as an examiner and enters into the world of giving advice and expressing opinions that go outside of the job of safely extracting and harvest data.

Good point…I handle the specifics of each case through addenda I attach at the end. This affords me three benefits

- Single contract/terms & conditions for all customers
- Ability to work many projects under a single contract
- Specifics of a case (i.e. expert advise vs. simple acquisition) are handled cleanly as attachments.

I think both approaches are good…this was just how I tackled it. Specific verbiage in the contact states

"Additional agreements and documents between the parties, such as proposals from CED, written acceptances by the Client, or purchase orders may be attached as addenda to this Agreement."

YMMV.
