They strike fear into the most dreaded criminals, but against one kind, the Delhi Police have been helpless so far — cyber criminals. ACP Economic Offenses Wing, P K Misra says, “Two or three years ago, there were very few complaints, but now there’s a flood. There’s hacking, bank-related crimes, a lot of obscene calls against women.” That’s why many policemen are going back to school. Delhi’s Indraprastha University is training 100 police personnel in Cyber Crime and Computer Forensics…
