Passware Kit Mobile 2026v4 Decrypts Qualcomm-Based Samsung S20

Passware introduces a new decryption method for the Samsung S20/S20+/S20 Ultra, leveraging a bootrom vulnerability in the Qualcomm SM8250 chipset. The method applies to devices manufactured in early 2020. Combined with existing support for the S10 and Exynos-based S20 series, Passware Kit Mobile now provides full coverage across both Samsung lineups.

For devices with strong encryption, such as iPhones and Samsung Exynos-based models, Passware Kit now caches previously tested passwords, eliminating redundant checks and speeding up password recovery. A separate optimization further improves success rates for batch password recovery.

What’s New in Passware Kit Mobile 2026 v4:

  • Decryption of Qualcomm-based Samsung S20 series
  • Option to cache tried passwords for faster password recovery
  • Batch mode optimization
  • Support for Kirin-based Huawei devices with Sensitive Data Protection
  • Support for iOS 15.8.8 on A8/A9 devices
  • Support for additional Android devices reported by customers

Decryption of Qualcomm-based Samsung S20 series

Passware introduces a new decryption method for the Samsung S20/S20+/S20 Ultra, leveraging a bootrom vulnerability in the Qualcomm SM8250 (Snapdragon 865 “Kona”) chipset. The method applies to devices manufactured in early 2020. Combined with existing support for the S10 and Exynos-based S20 series, Passware Kit Mobile now provides full coverage across both Samsung lineups.

Benchmarking on the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G demonstrates recovery speeds of more than 17,000 passwords per second using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

Option to cache tried passwords for faster password recovery

For select devices with strong encryption, Passware Kit Mobile now includes an option to cache previously tested passwords. This eliminates redundant checks and improves overall password recovery performance.
