Champlain does have a great program, but unfortunately it is very pricey… Utica's undergrad is also comparatively expensive (both over $50k for undergrads).

I'm curious as to why UCF's MSDF isn't mentioned…

I definitely agree with the priceyness comment. I am a Champlain graduate, actually I'm in the article haha

I am currently dealing with my $60k loan debt, and I even did 3 years out of the 4 online.

Is UCF also offered online? Do they also offer a BS? Those factors might have contributed to it being left out.

UCF's programs are completely online.
The programs they offer are

Graduate Certificate in Computer Forensics (GCCF) http//gccf.ucf.edu/

Masters in Digital Forensics (MSDF) http//msdf.ucf.edu/index.html

UCF also participates in a program to offer in-state tuition for all/parts of these programs http//msdf.ucf.edu/acm.html In-state tuition has been $900-1000 per class. I live in Florida, so I do not know the ins and outs of the ACM program.

I am graduating from the MSDF program in six weeks. It has been an awesome program, which I've posted about in these forums several times.
