Cellebrite Extraction - Does it change last written dates of Telegram Cache?

I’m looking to see if anyone has experienced this.

Following a cellebrite extraction of a Samsung phone, I noticed that the last written dates of images in the Telegram cache matched around the same time that the extraction finished. Would this be due to the phone rebooting at the end of the forensic extraction process?
