Happy Holidays,

I am looking for liability insurance for my forensics business. I understand its called Errors & Omissions or "E & O". I looked in my area, no one seems to offer it for computer forensics.

I searched some online, one quote was ridiculous. If anyone has a reference or company they use and reccomend, please post on here.

Thanks in advance

I went through Insurance-Tek, Inc. I'm in Nevada.

www.Insurance-Tek.com

Actual coverage is provided to me by Western Heritage Ins.

One year of coverage for $832.

Prof. E&O Limit 1,000,000.

I do believe that's a group rate. You have to be a member of an organization that's part of the group. Certified members of ISFCE are included in the group. I'm sure if you're a member of another group, such as HTCIA, you can get coverage.

I know what you mean about trying to find coverage. It was a doozy.

Hope that helps! Good luck to you.

The price isn't that big of a deal, if you ever need to use that insurance, clients will go a runnin.
