Question, I have 16GB media card, but when I load it, it is only showing 32MB. What is the best forensically sound manner to be able to view the full 16GB volume?

Where do/did you load the media card into?
What are you using to show the size allocations?
What is the goal here?

What do you mean by 'load it'? Load it to where?
The first thing you want to do is make a physical image of the device, and work on the image rather than the original media card. You don't want to be 'loading' the media card itself, at least not without a write blocker.
