Any contacts at eMag Solutions?

I know this is a weird place to ask but I'm trying to get in contact with eMag Solutions to get a trial key for their MMPC software, it's fairly urgent as I have a time sensitive job.

So far I'm not having any luck getting a response from the emails I send and being in Aus the time difference makes calling them challenging.

Just wondering if anyone on here has contacts at eMag who may be able to assist?
