I'm trying to acquire a physical image of an iPhone 4 as you may have seen in a previous thread. Passcode is not a problem.
So far the only software and tools I have are able to obtain a logical extraction. I know there are some others such as XRY and UFED that support full physical for an iPhone 4 but the tools that do these are separately paid for.
Are there any free software out there that can do this?
If you are equipped with IEF you can use Magnet Acquire (free tool available via your Magnet account)
Otherwise you can request a trial licence for Physical Analyzer from Cellebrite.
Are you private or law enforcement? If you are law enforcement I could point you in the direction of tools I had previous access to before moving to the private sector

Yes I have IEF and Magnet Acquire. Whenever I connect the iphone 4 it only has the option for met to acquire a logical, it doesn't let me choose physical. Do you know how to solve this?

If you are allowed to jailbreak it you can obtain a physical image with Magnet Acquire
