I am trying to get into the field & I need some advice. I have a bachelors in computer science. I am thinking about getting a masters in criminology and taking some newly-offered computer forensics classes as electives. Can this get me anywhere?

I believe it would, provided you were interested in a job in law enforcement. Keep in mind the biggest focus of your Masters will be in administration of criminal justice agencies.
