Guys,
Does a phone save all cells tower info ever connected to or just the last one?

Well, it depends. I'm sure there are phones out there that do, but for the most part it will get deleted on reboot (why keep it anyway). Most modern phones I would imagine would save more than just one, but it will vary on the phone. Most reliable way I've found is requesting records from the carrier.

Many now a days will keep the most recent to assist with GPS fixing.
