In a cell phone tech class I attended the subject of maintenance records came up. I have requested phone records over fifty times, but I have never asked for the maintenance records. I can't say I would actually know what I was looking at if I did.
Does anyone out there ask for them on a routine basis? Have the records ever made you look at anything differently? Is there an online resource or school for LE that could give me a better understanding of them.
