Cellebrite file path questions

What would cause many thumbnails (8) found in the DCIM folder to have the same date and time but have different file paths? Do all thumbnails have an original image still on the phone? And where would the image be located if it is not in the photo or camera folder when looking through the phone? I have attached two of the thumbnail file paths out of the 8 that all have the same date and time created hoping to find someone that can help me. Thanks!
