David,

Am I willing to share the information I gathered or developed for questions 1,2, & 3?

"1) An open discussion on rate structures.
2) Good, real world, examples of terms of engagements, contracts, etc. with comments explaining why various phrases are included.
3) More examples of good report styles."

As AWTLPI pointed out, #1 might be dicey. For numbers 2 and 3, yes, if some others are willing to do the same. I'd like to do so not only to educate others, but so others can look at what I've done and suggest improvements.

As you've pointed out, I'm probably being dismissive, so there are more than likely others who are interested in these areas.

I look forward to your postings outlining your rate structures, terms of engagements, contracts, and examples of good reporting styles.

Thanks,

H

Hi Harlan

In answer to your original question, I don't know whether the following is what you are after

"Guide to Integrating Forensic Techniques into Incident Response"

Greetings,

I PM'd Jamie to start discussing how best to publish our material. I'd really like to find another business oriented practitioner to help review the material and refine it before publishing it.

I'm also having our lawyer review the terms of engagement again this week. My intention is to publish it with comments explaining why certain sections are in there, or not.
