I want to know if it is possible to detect in real time if some employers sent file to a personal mail account.

Yes, it is called "network monitoring and logging".
Whether that would be legal for the employer to do that kind of monitoring and logging on employees is an entire different issue.
I believe you meant employees and not employers.
