All these views and no reply.

Guess I'll update how unhelpful Google is.
Firstly, they are SOOOOOO slanted towards helping LE it isn't even close to funny.

I have a case where the person is trying to head off a charge, and they have very good grounds to do so.
Merely having a charge filed against you can ruin your life, even if it is expunged, it just never goes away.

Got a signed affidavit, notarized and a color copy of the persons passport along with a power of atty to Google for some very basic information on when an account was shut down and some other very basic account information.

Take into consideration that this person cannot sign into anything Google, and I spelled that out. What followed was 3 form emails (only email address you can send to is the USLE portal email.

Below is one of the responses.
We all know contacts are valuable. However, these big companies make it incredibly difficult if not impossible to reach someone if you don't have a badge.

As I've said many times, God help them if they ever need anything and find themselves looking in from the outside like a lot of us do.
There should be a way for non LE to share contacts and help out others in similar circumstances.

"Google believes it is important for its users to have the controls needed to manage their data online. The user can access information that Google has about them through their Google account, or through the products interfaces themselves.

In addition, the user can use Google Dashboard (www.google.com/dashboard) to view a summary of the data associated with their account and Google Takeout (https://www.google.com/takeout) allows the user to download a copy of data stored within their account. The user needs to be signed in to their account to access Google Dashboard and Google Takeout. This helps to protect the user's privacy by ensuring that only the user, as the authorized account holder, will obtain access to the information in the account.

The user can view and control their privacy settings by visiting Google Dashboard and logging in to their account. In addition, Google's Privacy Policy at (www.google.com/policies/privacy/) explains what information Google collects, why it is collected, how that information is used and when and with whom that information is shared.
Thank you for your compliance with our policies.

Regards,
Google Legal Support"

Your complaint about a lot of views and no reply may have other reasons than you think. If you ask a question where is no answer no one will answer, ok?

Google does not talk to non-LE. That is the reason.

I think you missed the entire point of the thread and the need for those to be able to defend themselves before they are charged.

Pertinent is that Google does not professionally talk to non-LE.
