How do you usually decrypt such databases?
Encryption key is very basic key, we have do a complete goverment reverse engineering of whatsapp. And found some nice code that even could enable call recording, remove all your protections REMOTE and be intercepted SMS and Calls (for maybe police).
a) If you have SIM or do sim clonning as you have phone number inside the whatsapp config file.
b) If you DO NOT have sim, there are plenty of solutions, just grab the key from inside.

Physical dump of the device
Downgrade the apk and do a backup
"generate" the key while you restore the backup to a phone of your choice where you can perform a physical dump. You'd need to know the number associated which the whatsapp account and access to the activated matching SIM card so you can receive the code to validate WhatsApp.
