How to detect if a mp4 video evidence has been manipulated or doctored?. Are there any good open source tools for the same.

Is there a visible date / time stamp on the video itself.
Did you check the meta data?
Does the resolution and frame rate match the capabilities of the device that originally recorded the video.

Short answer, none that I know of. Most of the video stuff like the audio stuff is expensive.
It's a whole other discipline all together which requires it's own unique skillset.
Please let me add this, even if you had certain tools, there is a learning curve to them.
What specifically are you trying to find out?
What is the media (already burned DVD, single file, hard drive)
