Could anyone direct me to any recommended Digital Forensic Proficiency Testing Services. Fornesic Access was a supplier used but they are now ceaseing the service, Thanks.

Reach out to your regional forces. I know many setup regional tests among themselves. Having seen the Forensic Access tests for digital forensics, they were abysmal.

DCS1094, isn't that ILC, which is distinct from PT?

ILC is distinct from PT, but can be used in lieu of where there are no adequate providers of PT.

Indeed, but like the OP, I'd be interested to hear what people are doing about PT suppliers for teams in the UK.

So far we have found everyone of them to be worthless. Not surprising really.

@j2222 - Yes regional project was ILC, however at the time the only PT available on the market was from Forensic Access, so we went for that along with ILC and were granted 17025.

@minime2k9 - That does not surprise me, even the one we did a few years back was laughable.

Interesting. When we asked UKAS what to do about the demise of the only UK PT supplier, we were advised to look to the US, but be careful as the quality of the PT may not be as good.
