digital forensics virtual lab setup project

I am doing a digital forensics lab project. My Team has chose three forensics to work with operations forensics, mobile forensics and cloud forensics. I would like to know how to create our own evidence and extract and analyze them in tools for each of the forensics I mention. I also would like to clarify how to do duplication and imaging. Please suggest some sample rime scenarios to work with.
