Hello I am from Germany and some people had logged in my phone with an IMSI Catcher and had all the phone calls.
Now my question is how did they do that because I informed at police and they told me it is not possible because the providers like vodafone or O2 just save them for at most 10 Weeks.
Can somebody help?
Well, IF an IMSI Catcher was used, see here what it is:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMSI-catcher
the phone calls were "catched" BEFORE they arrived to the providers, that is the whole point of a MITM (man in the middle) attack:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man-in-the-middle_attack
and anyway the retention policies of the providers have no connection to what/how an intercepting third party does.
So, unless there is a translation issue or key details missing, you either asked the Police another question or they answered to a different question from what you asked.

Your question needs more information included.
1) How did you know an IMSI Catcher was used?
2) When did you come to know about these unauthorised calls on your account?
3) If you are a monthly subscriber then you would know after 4 weeks or 8 weeks of unusual unauthorised call patterns on your account?
4) Assuming you didn't know about the calls because you didn't look at your bills or you are prepaid account, are you saying you had NOT noticed higher sums of money coming out of your bank account or in the alternative you didnt note having to top-up more frequently?

@jaclaz Yes, but at the moment they logged in my phone with an IMSI-Catcher they had phone calls that were one year ago.
So my question is it possible to renew phone calls although the providers dont save them anymore?
It is not like you repeat over and over the SAME things it will in any way help clear the matter.
You will need to try using new words to describe your issue.
For the avoidance of doubt:
1) you CANNOT "log in" with an IMSI catcher, the IMSI catcher is a device that appears to your phone as a legitimate provider cell tower, so that the phone connects to it and your phone call is a. (likely) recorded
b. forwarded to the actual provider cell tower in a transparent wayÂ
2) so, IF the IMSI catcher was used one year ago, then "they" will have recorded (some of) the phone calls of that period
trewmte's first question is EXTREMELY relevant, I will repeat it:
1) How did you know an IMSI Catcher was used?
The whole point of an IMSI catcher is that it is undetectable by the phone user.
