I am using magnet axiom and i have a laptop, with windows 7, that i created an .e01 from the hard drive. During my removal of the the hard drive, I noticed damage to the RAM (a scratch across the memory module) and the RAM was unseated.
Is there a log or a way to determine if/when the damage occured? I do know that the RAM stick that was damaged is a 1GB stick and the 2GB underneath was seated and undamaged. That should give me an idea of the amount of RAM to look for if the amount of RAM installed is logged.
Any other idea on how to determine when the damage occured?
