Do AT&T have the size of the messages logged?

Unfortunetly, no. That would have been awesome, though. It just listed time/date and to/from and type of message (MMS/SMS).

Did you ask for it - sometimes they give you what they think you need, not necessarily everything that they hold

Hi,

Having modified photograph metadata on iOS without jailbreaking, I am pretty certain that SMS can also be edited. I don't want to post the method here but PM me and I would be glad to test my method for you.

Cheers
David

Any particular reason you don't want to share it with the forum?

I wondered the same thing. It makes me resent answering questions for people openly on the forum which anyone can see when there are some folks that don't. The forum is supposed to support knowledge sharing, if you don't want to share why not just PM the other person in the first place.

I was given this information from a person requesting my office's assitance. The victim provided the data usage, which I assumed they downloaded from their provider's website. Is that information available for any user to access from their account page?

This is not a criminal case, so I'm not involving court orders or search warrants.

EDIT* When I stated, "That information available for any user to access." I'm referring to the size of the SMS.
