Can anybody give me some advice on how to kick a camera out of PTP under windows 7 so i can image the internal memory. Is there a way to disable PTP?

I have a Fujifilm Finepix A920 with 20mb internal memory. I need to image and file carve for a deleted picture.

Guymager or FTK cannot see the internal memory.

I have tried to force windows to roll the device driver back to a USB mass storage driver but this fails.

Any ideas

I think that that camera is PTP only. (
You may want to try under Linux to use gphoto2
http//www.gphoto.org/doc/manual/ref-gphoto2-cli.html#cli-examples
–get-raw-data
but I don't think it has "disk level" access. ?
